Hello Friend,
Welcome to Sunday Supper, the table is set!
Happy Mother's Day to all those who mother.
My mom asked me to make this recipe a part of this weekend. I guess she is ready to get a jumpstart on summer, even though the unofficial kick-off is just a couple of weeks away.
Grilled Chicken Thighs

Is there anything better than BBQ chicken off the grill? It is one of the world's best and most favorite ways to eat chicken. I mean, it's even great on pizza, haha.

This recipe is enjoyed with my homemade cherry and chipotle barbecue sauce. When you serve it next to my ranch potato salad, which I share below, it's my favorite way to end a hot summer day.

Be sure to go and save or bookmark this recipe, I know you'll want it handy for the next few months.

Last Thoughts...
Looking forward to summer, I can't wait to enjoy it with my 3 1/2-year-old nephew and see the joy of being outdoors and just being a kid. Though it is my very LEAST favorite season, thanks to the heat in Texas being unbearable. But I push through and just keep thinking of pumpkins and fall baking!! Bahahah! π€£
I know, you might be thinking I am crazy, but summer can just skate right on by in my book.
If you have a moment, I would also love it if you would reply, right to this email, and let me know if there are any summertime recipes that you would like to see from me. I am working on my calendar, and if there is something you'd like to master, I would love to help.
I hope you enjoy what I have shared here today and that you get a chance to try some of these out soon!

Ranch Potato Salad
When anything is coming off of the grill, I am glad to have this potato salad riding right alongside it on my plate. The secret that makes it amazing, how I treat the onions in the very first step. I brings the perfect balance to all the fatty, bacon, mayo, and cheese and really lightens it up dramatically.

Dr. Pepper Baked Beans
When you are looking for a perfect side, make these sweet, salty, and zesty baked beans. The bacon and garlic cooked down with the beans and some of my Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce make for the most amazing baked beans you have ever presented to a backyard barbecue. It's love at first bite.
