It's reaching that time of summer where it is getting so hot I don't even want to cook some days. This recipe is great becaue the shrimp cook super fast and go straight on a sandwich and dinner is done! I love to serve this as a summer supper...simple and delicious!

Shrimp Po'Boy Sandwiches

The best thing you can do when you want to make these po'boys is to make the sauce the night before. My homemade remoulade just gets better with time and complements the shrimp beautifully! ​ Now I know I just complained about the heat, but I do also love to make my own bread rolls for this too. Pistachio Banana Bread I am calling this recipe my Dubai Chocolate Banana Bread!
