Broccoli Cauliflower Salad This salad is a summer staple for me, with a big bonus, NO cooking required. My secret to cutting out cooking completely... buy the bacon bits at Costco. They are real bacon, and I just toast them in a skillet, and they are like fresh, cooked bacon. This also eliminates a step of things to chop and also makes clean up minimal.
