Hello Friend,
Welcome to Sunday Supper, the table is set!
Chilly weather seems to be hitting across most of the United States so why not spice things up a little and warm up with a few good Chili Recipes?! I think with the three recipes I am sharing below there should be a chance at making everyone happy! I know that may still be an impossibility, but let's get into it.
Spicy Texas Chili

What makes a Chili a "Texas Chili"? Well, most Texans will tell you that REAL Texas chili doesn't have beans, and so this recipe has NO beans in it to please all those Texans out there, here is a great recipe for YOU!
β
I have lived in Texas for almost 20 years now, the longest I have ever lived anywhere as a military child, and when I got here I received this chili education, so I hope you'll go try this one soon.
β
I had to make sure it was a little spicy because I believe Texans like a little heat in their bowl.

Buffalo Chicken Chili
I had to think a little outside of the box with this one, but it was really fun to dream up. It starts with a ground chicken base, uses only white beans to soak up all that buffalo sauce flavor, and finishes with some cheddar cheese and blue cheese. I feel like you get all the best flavors of chicken wings in soup form, if you belive chili is a soup, but that may be a debate for another day. Lol!

White Bean Chicken Chili
This one keeps the spice going and is one that my family absolutly adores! It seems to dissapear the moment that I am done making it. For me this one is all about the toppings, I like to have some freshly made pico de gallo, lots of avocado, and a big bowl of cilantro ready to go. I add rice to the chicken and white bean broth to round out this "soup" if we call it that...but I'll leave that up to you!
