The time of year has hit where I have genuinely lost track of what day it is. The days are just flying by too fast, but I do have some recipes that I want to share with you to get you through this week that may or may not be full of family and gatherings!

Short Rib Bolognese

This recipe is one that is a bit of a labor of love, but the good news is that it is mostly hands-off. After searing the beef and getting all the ingredients in the pot, you let it simmer for as long as you can stand to wait. ​ If you really plan ahead, I like to make this the day before I want to serve it, and it makes a really nice-sized batch, so there will be leftovers for another meal. ​ Make this on a weeknight, or make it the star of your Christmas table!
