Hello Friend,
Welcome to Sunday Supper, the table is set!
Tuesday ushers in my FAVORITE season of all, and while I may be fully indulging in it already and for the last few weeks, I have tried to hold back here...but the waiting is now over! From savory to sweet, to know me is to know that I love working PUMPKIN into anything and everything. So grab a few at the store, and get ready to chop, slice, dice, and puree this autumnal showpiece.
Pumpkin Butter Chicken

This recipe can traditionally be made with sweet potatoes or butternut squash. But I love to grab a sugar pie pumpkin, peel it, remove the seeds, and dice it up and use it for this recipe!
β
I love exploring the cuisines of other regions of the world, and this one does that while giving an autumnal twist that also keeps with tradition.

Serve with rice and naan bread, and you've got a scrumptious supper that will leave no leftovers behind!

Soy Sauce Pumpkin Seeds
When you crack open the pumpkin to make the dinner recipe above, save the seeds to make this Soy Sauce Pumpkin Seeds recipe. The name also holds the ingredient list, meaning they are super easy to make! My friend shared this method with me a few years ago now, and they have been a staple in my home ever since.

Pumpkin Banana Muffins
I might use the word perfect to describe these muffins. They are beautifully tender, exceptionally most, and the pecan crisp topping is TO DIE FOR! They are spicy in all the best ways and the aroma they fill the home with just embraces the fall season through and through.
