Hello Friend,
Welcome to Sunday Supper, the table is set!
Soaking in the last moments of summer, while the heat lingers and the produce is still sweet, make the stunning Green Goddess Dressing and use it in a few different ways, some I share here, and more are available on the blog. Here's to soaking up the last few pool days...this sandwich is even better when enjoyed next to one while watching the sunset.

The way I layer up these sandwiches, I can turn them into a quick and easy dinner.

I know, to some, a sandwich isn't really dinner, but when it looks this good, I gladly eat this for supper.

The heat of the summer isn't letting up here in Texas, so sometimes a light meal at the end of the day is welcome.

Green Goddess Pasta Salad
This may be my favorite of the Green Goddess recipes that I created. It has a lot going on, but if you know me, that's just who I am! I don't scale back much and there is absolutely NO room for that when it comes to pasta salad. This is one is sweet, tart, and herbaceous, everything you'd want from anything Green Goddess!

Blueberry Rhubarb Crisp
NOW is the perfect time to whip up this Crisp. If you are in the south like me, rhubarb is still showing up in grocery stores and markets. I welcome the mix of the 'blue-' opposed to the 'straw' BERRY also. It offers a fresh perspective and is soooo good! Especially when served with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
