Hello Friend,
Welcome to Sunday Supper, the table is set!
Now that summer is here, it is time to break out all of the outdoor cooking recipes. Most of the time, I cook some version of chicken, beef, or pork. I like to get some seafood on the grill once in a while too, and this recipe is one of my favorites to reach for.
Grilled Shrimp Skewers

This recipe starts by making a rich and lush garlic butter, which everything will be bathed in.
β
Season the shrimp and baste them with that butter and they are ready to hit a hot grill where they'll cook up in no time!
β
Be sure to take a look at the recipe to see which shrimp I recommend. They are becoming more and more popular these days, and are so tender and delicious.

Snap Pea Salad
The concept of this salad came to me when I was imagining making a salad out of everything you'd find on a grocery store veggie tray. I took most of those ingredients, minus my least favorite, celery, sliced it thin, and tossed it in homemade ranch dressing. Top it up with bacon bits and crispy onions and you have delicious!

Steak Butter
As we look forward, I share this recipe that I love for Father's Day! There is nothing my dad loves more than a steak. While I don't make this butter every time I make a steak, he sure wishes I would. Brush it over just as they come off the grill and you have the most amazing finisher that is PACKED with flavor!
