Christmas is here! Egg Nog
Pancakes
My nephew and I love to make pancakes on Sunday mornings together, and when the christmas season rolls around, we look forward to making these ones inspired by a glass of festive holiday egg nog!
The secret to them is using freshly grated nutmeg. Be sure to grab a fresh nutmeg nut and zest it right into the batter, that is what makes it really taste like real egg nog.

This is my take on the Starbucks version, a copycat if you like. I can never seem to get to the coffee shop before they run out, so I have resorted to making my own. It's become a very popular recipe on my site this time of year and for good reason, they are delicious!! My favorite part...I can make them for the whole family for the price of 2 from the coffee shop, also, they are SUPER easy to make!
