Hi Friend,
Welcome to Sunday Supper, the table is set!
If you want something a little different this Fourth of July, my recipe for Brined Pork Chops, with just a little planning the night before, is just as easy to make as throwing some burgers and dogs on the grill, but just more decadent and delicious!

I know for some it may be a bit of a turn from the tradition, but when I tell you every person that I have served these to has told me this was the best grilled pork chop they have ever eaten, it was the same for me too!

For me, that makes this the perfect contender for a celebration. Serve them with my Crispy Skin Air-Fryer Potatoes to keep the oven off in the summer heat, and you've got a fantastic meal!

Dr. Pepper Baked Beans
If you are going the burgers and dogs route this week, the perfect elevated side dish is these Dr. Pepper Baked Beans. They are packed with flavor from bacon, onions, garlic, and my homemade Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce. I LOVE these baked beans, and I am notoriously a baked bean hater. I hope you give these a try and they impress you as much as they did me.

Peach Sweet Tea
We are in the middle of the season for peach perfection, so there is NO better time than now to whip up a batch of my Peach Sweet Tea. The heat in the south is already becoming unbearable, well for me anyway. It's no secret that summer is my least favorite for that reason, but I do love it for all the fantastic produce that becomes available only this time of year.
